Updated documentation to reflect webhook failure behaviour

Our docs used to say that if a webhook didn't get a successful delivery response after multiple attempts, it would disable the webhook. This behaviour changed in July so that after multiple failures, the webhook would no longer be disabled but would stop trying.
The docs have now been updated to show the correct behaviour. Apologies for the delay in getting them updated!
