Perk MCP

Perk MCP is available. This first release exposes read and reporting tools across trips, users, expenses, invoices, reporting, policy, events, and cards. Clients connect over streamable HTTP and authenticate with OAuth 2.0 (authorization code flow with Proof Key for Code Exchange (PKCE)) and Dynamic Client Registration (DCR). Write actions — booking, creating, editing, or sending expenses, and approvals — are coming in a future release.
