Last 4 credit card digits now included in InvoiceLine model

The last 4 digits of the credit card used to pay for a booking are now included with the InvoiceLine model.

There are two conditions required for 4 digits to be present:

• The booking must be paid for by Credit Card
• The booking must have been made from the 25th October 2022 onwards.
