Changes to invoices issued prior to 2019

From December 18th 2025, only invoices issued on or after January 1st 2019 will be returned by the invoice and invoice lines api

We are making this change as invoices issued prior to 2019 do not have sufficient data to fully populate our documented API invoice models

These invoices remain available in Perk and can be accessed from the Invoices page
